As Pfizer came out with a press release on Monday declaring their Covid-19 vaccine to be 90% effective and sending shockwaves through stock markets around the globe, Ticketmaster soon announced that they are in the process of developing a plan to verify ticket holders’ Covid-19 vaccination status and/or test results before being admitted to future events.
The plan, as reported by Billboard, would require patrons to obtain a Covid test 24-72 hours before the scheduled event and test results to be sent to a third party health information company where they would be granted the credentials necessary to enter the venue through a secure Health Pass, like those provided by CLEAR or IBM.
Saints Edward Media reached out to Corporate Communications at Ticketmaster and were told that “there has been so much misreporting on this” and that “it’s really just an initial idea right now so not a ton to report on”.
The Covid-19 FAQ page on their website stresses that Ticketmaster does not require or mandate testing or vaccines for admission, but are “Just exploring the ability to enhance our existing digital ticket capabilities to offer solutions for event organizers that could include testing and vaccine information with 3rd party health providers.”
“We are exploring a number of safety features for event organizers to utilize as they look to welcome fans back to events. This includes tools from Ticketmaster’s recently announced SmartEvent suite like social distanced seating, contactless entry and more…”
“…Again, the event organizer will determine what, if any, of these measures are implemented at their individual event, not Ticketmaster.”
Still, as States await a vaccine as a route to the return to “normalcy,” many are concerned that new measures will become standard protocol across all industries, a sort of mandate by proxy, if not by legality.
CLEAR, one third party health information company offering Health Pass credentials currently is in partnership with New York City to make all businesses in the city eligible to gain free access to CLEAR’s Health Pass. The Health Pass offers temperature checks and test results through a partnership with LabCorp. The test results would be sent to the app where employers would receive employees’ clearance status based on the results. The app also offers digital identity through facial and eye recognition, and allows employees to complete health surveys. The technology is currently used in New York City businesses at the 9/11 Memorial Museum, Little Caesars Arena, and Union Square Hospitality Group, among others.
IBM’s Digital Health Pass uses similar technology and envisions its use in the travel/transportation industry and in the sports and entertainment industry, for starters.
To gain a Digital Health Pass from IBM, you would need to download their app, or some other unspecified third party app and verify your identity. When Covid-19 test results become available, or an online health survey is completed, you would be issued a QR code that would then be added to your digital wallet, where a health credential would be issued.
Supporters of such technology argue that the Health Passes simply streamline an individual’s health information, making it quicker, easier, and safer to attend events, board a plane, or go to work. Furthermore, they argue, the data is secure and HIPAA compliant. Lastly, they argue, this is the only way for businesses to re-open safely.
Although neither company has specified how a vaccination record would be implemented into the pass yet, we can surmise that plans to do so are in progress.
Still, many are skeptical that these measures infringe on constitutional rights to privacy and bodily autonomy. Those who are skeptical quickly receive backlash for being anti- science, afraid of “progress,” and deemed a potential threat if not an outright threat to public safety when they dare to question the rapid development of a Covid-19 vaccine and their corresponding “Health Passes.”
But the skepticism of big technological companies is not entirely unfounded. IBM itself, during World War II, was directly responsible for the punch-card technology which made the Holocaust possible. IBM, a company born from the U.S. Census Bureau- used their tabulating technology to trace those of Jewish descent and used the numbered tattoos given to those sent to concentration camps in order to keep track of them in the tabulation system. The scale of the Holocaust would never have been possible without IBM’s technology.
One of the criticisms of an ensuing Covid-19 vaccine, aside from its very rapid development leading to safety concerns, is the suspicion that it will contain micro-technology designed to identify and trace individuals, and perhaps even alter their DNA, whether permanently or temporarily. Whether a vaccine reaches the market which actually accomplishes any of these things, it is clear that such mechanisms are not even necessary for mass surveillance.
There is little detailed information available from those vaccines using new mRNA technology, how they work, how they are developed, and their method of delivery. With words like “luciferase enzyme” or “hydrogel nanotechnology” circulating the web, combined with the loss of public trust in some of the world’s most important public health institutions as a result misleading Covid-19 numbers involving falsification of death certificates and the inflation of Covid-19 cases and deaths, a significant number of Americans are hesitant to take a Covid-19 vaccine. Indeed, some say with a 99% recovery rate, and an effective (and affordable) therapeutic like hydroxychloroquine, a vaccine simply doesn’t seem necessary.
Yet, Bill Gates, The World Economic Forum, and others have said that the world will need complete vaccination compliance for us to return to normalcy.
The World Economic Forum, in an effort to propel its Great Reset initiative has proposed pairing vaccine innovators with vaccine manufacturers, noting that the current infrastructure of vaccine development is not sufficient to deliver mass vaccinations on a global scale reaching the billions in a short span of time.
WEF’s The Great Reset Initiative was launched in response to Covid-19 and, as stated on their website, “has a new set of dimensions to build a new social contract that honours the dignity of every human being.” Apparently, this “new social contract” includes the vaccination of every human being on the planet. Their proposal is packaged in a promise of greater equality and sustainability and uses the fear-induced compliance of citizenry to demonstrate their willingness to “make sacrifices” for the plan they believe to be the solution to this colossal global problem.
“In fact, one silver lining of the pandemic is that it has shown how quickly we can make radical changes to our lifestyles. Almost instantly, the crisis forced businesses and individuals to abandon practices long claimed to be essential, from frequent air travel to working in an office.
Likewise, populations have overwhelmingly shown a willingness to make sacrifices for the sake of health-care and other essential workers and vulnerable populations, such as the elderly. And many companies have stepped up to support their workers, customers, and local communities, in a shift toward the kind of stakeholder capitalism to which they had previously paid lip service…”
“…Clearly, the will to build a better society does exist. We must use it to secure the Great Reset that we so badly need.”
Is Pfizer- the only vaccine to issue a press release as though it is a certification of safety and confidence- going to chip, modify, and track U.S. citizens?
The answer remains controversial, and unclear.
Saints Edward Media contacted Pfizer to ask about the safety, development, and administration of their vaccine.
In an effort to dispel rapidly spreading theories about their self-professed “90% efficacy” rate, along with “luciferase enzyme” and “hydrogel nanotechnology” being components in the vaccine which would turn humans into little more than transhumanistic slaves, we asked for clarification on these two technologies– what they are, and how they are used in the vaccine, if at all.
After a quick initial email reply wherein the representative suggested that we visit their website for an answer to “most” of our questions, after seeking clarification of these specific technologies in a follow-up email, the representative at Pfizer neither confirmed or denied their use, but simply stopped responding.
Upon further research on both technologies, it appears that luciferase is an enzyme often used during vaccine development to produce bioluminescence- or the lighting up-of cells. Some are worried that this enzyme would enable smart phones to identify who has been vaccinated and who hasn’t. Likewise, hydrogel nanotechnology is allegedly far from ready for public use, but would come in the form of a microneedle patch.
That said, these are explanations from the lay-person without any real understanding of the advancements in modern vaccination technology. If we are at a technological crossroads, and a mRNA vaccine such as Pfizer’s is being thrust upon the population at record pace, with absolutely zero history of its use in the population ever, you would think vaccination companies would be eager to dispel any suspicions or fears among inquiring minds.
Instead, their concerns are mounting due to “vaccine hesitancy”- a phenomena they assume has everything to do with compliance and not much to do with knowledge and transparency.
Simply put, it would be beneficial for everyone to be forthcoming about these concerns, and provide a detailed account on which technologies are used in these vaccines and why, in ways that the lay person could understand. Instead of demonizing those with questions and concerns, why not address them head-on? If public trust determines the success of any vaccine, then public health authorities and pharmaceutical companies alike are failing.
After all, there is no consent if there isn’t informed consent.
Or, is “my body, my choice” no longer a statement of the pillar of human rights to which the world is expected to strive? (That is, of course, unless it pertains to abortion.)
What are the long term goals of these new technologies? What are their long term effects? These are where “conspiracy theorists” and “anti-vaxxers” have the monopoly.
While the World Economic Forum spouts platitudes about equality and sustainability, whilst wildly untested vaccines are rushed to inoculate the masses with no understanding of their long-term consequences, true informed consent will never be attained until these long term questions are answered.
Until then, we are embarking on one big, giant, human experiment where “choice” may be up for debate.
